Kate Tojeiro

Kate is an Executive Coach and Managing Director of X fusion, an Executive Coaching and Leadership Development Consultancy. She works with Global Corporations through to cutting edge start-ups across the world, enabling others to use the power of getting comfortable with discomfort to achieve success in whatever guise that might form. She uses techniques which encourage deep body and mind connection enabling greater self- awareness and self-belief. She is the author of 'The Art of Possible - new habits, neuroscience and the power of deliberate action'.

In 2015, Kate discovered Nacoa when listening to Liam Byrne MP speaking on the radio about his own challenging and difficult childhood experiences. It resonated so clearly and perhaps somewhat sharply, that she got in touch. Knowing that as a child had there been someone to reach out to and to listen, it would have made an inordinate difference to her life at the time. Raising awareness of the issues which specifically impact children affected by parental alcohol problems is something that Kate believes to be crucial in helping those children rise up from the challenges that their childhoods may have produced.

As a trustee, Kate plans to continue to raise awareness of Nacoa and the help required at a national and government level for the children impacted.

Kate lives in Cambridgeshire with her family and various animals; large and small.
