I can’t get away from the noise, the drinking, the smell, but i just want to find ways to escape, to distract myself, any ideas?

    Hello,

I'm so sorry to hear about the problems that you are facing. I would suggest taking time out for yourself each day, watching a TV programme, reading a book or going for a walk. You could also try meditation or mindfulness. If you are still struggling please contact the NACOA helpline on 08003583456 or email helpline@Nacoa.org.uk who can give you further suggestions on how to cope.
