Stupid OCD
ok so this is so stupid and it’s so annoying, and I feel embarrassed to talk about it, my phone has a glass screen protector so I can remove it easily then those adhesive ones that get bubbles thing is , when changing it , or removing for any reason , it gets hair , dust , dirt and the rainbow lines that appear when a liquid substance touches the phone , if it’s on the screen protector or the screen it’s easy to remove but it’s on the inside of the screen protector, the one that touches the screen and it’s annoying because I keep seeing something that catches my attention, and this thing only started a few days ago when just normally cleaning it and I genuinely don’t remember how I was like before getting OCD on the screen thing , I’m so frustrated I have alot going on , school , friends , family and all and this is just so annoying cus I always go on my phone and , the dirt is literally on the inside of the screen so I have to remove and clean again and again and UGH!

I know that distracting my self and probably not going on the phone would help but no , that’s impossible and stuff , and I have literally bought so many screen protectors and broke so many just for this
And my dad’s gonna buy a new protector and I’ll tell my dad to apply it as he is good at it but, I’m worried the same thing could happen – dirt could get on the screen then the screen protector on top and this one isnt easy to apply and remove.. I’m really worried , it was happening before schl when I was late and I was crying

That does sound frustrating. I wonder if this is about more than just the phone screen protector? You mentioned that you have lots going on with school, friends and family.
