Jamie is passionate about Nacoa and has been involved with Nacoa’s helpline since 2015, becoming a Helpline Supervisor in 2023. She won the Maya Parker award in 2017 for her work on the helpline and achieved a community hero award in 2018.
Jamie is a Taylor Swift lover and has a keen interest in animal behaviour and conservation.
She supports callers on the Nacoa helpline and supports Volunteer Helpline Counsellors in their shifts on the helpline.
