Become the beating heart of Nacoa’s Bristol office. We are recruiting for our ‘Volunteering and Communities Manager’.
We are delighted to announce a rare vacancy within our small passionate staff team. You will then take responsibility for Nacoa’s volunteering programme, including the recruitment, training, refreshing and activation of volunteers.
What will I be doing?
The core priorities of the role will be looking after Nacoa’s people: through volunteering programme, training programme, digital community building, schools outreach, communications and events.
You’ll be delivering professionals training, assisting on our big schools campaign, and creating spaces online to spread the Nacoa’s message far and wide. That will mean understanding needs of our online advocates at the same time as co-ordinating pathways for office-based helpline volunteers.
In short, you will become the centre of our amazing and growing community of supporters and volunteers.
