Saint Loup releases ‘Songs for Nacoa’
Solo artist, Saint Loup, has released an EP raising funds for Nacoa. It will support our helpline work with people affected by their parent’s drinking.
The exquisitely catchy tune ‘Walking to the Meadow’ opens the album with mellow tone. Two intimate acoustic versions follow of beautiful songs. They include ‘Sometimes I’m bad to My Friends’ and ‘Maybe I’ll Come Back One Day’.
I’ve had a couple of other children of alcoholics reach out to me and say they’ve recognised some of their experiences in the lyrics.

Luke, the artist behind Saint Loup, says of the project: ‘I’m 21, a COA, studying literature between London and Paris and writing songs whenever I get the chance.
‘Sometimes I write about my experiences growing up and I’ve had a couple of other children of alcoholics reach out to me and say they’ve recognised some of their experiences in the lyrics as well, which is the most important thing in the world to me.
‘I’m a huge supporter of the work Nacoa does and it will always hold a special place in my heart. Because of that, therefore, I am releasing my 3 ‘songs for Nacoa’ on Bandcamp and they’ll be making their way onto Spotify soon!’
